1 cup potatoes, sliced thin 1/2 cup onions, sliced thin 1/2 lb of Cod or Halibut 2 cups of Milk 2 cups of Water 2 sliced Carrots 1 can evaporated milk 1 can creamed corn salt to taste pepper to taste butter (if desired) |
| Recipe Steps |

Slice potatoes, onions and carrots. Add potatoes, onions, fish, milk, water and carrots in saucepan--cook gently until fish/veggies are tender. Add 1 can evaporated milk, 1 can of creamed corn. Then simply salt and pepper to taste. |
