1 can tuna in water 1/2 cup diced carrot 1/2 cup diced chayote 1/2 cup sliced ripe tomatoes 1tbsp minced shallots 1tbsp minced garlic 4cups water 2tbsp olive oil 2tbsp tomato paste salt and pepper |
| Recipe Steps |

Boil water then add carrots. Simmer for 10mins then add sayote. Simmer for 5mins. Drain and set aside. Option: Simmer to your preference texture.
In a dry pan, saute shallots, tomatoes, and garlic with olive oil. Add tuna then mix. Add in the boiled vegetables then the tomato paste. Season to taste. Mix well then Simmer for 3mins. |
